For the outdoor pants, I upcycle sweaters that have shrunk in the washing machine. This makes the wool fabric denser and resembles boiled wool.
The wool felt is particularly robust, water-repellent (not completely waterproof) and can be easily cleaned by beating or brushing. Perfect for accompanying your child on all outdoor adventures.

I always have a wide selection of colors in stock and can often show you several suggestions.

Since I upcycle damaged sweaters, each sweater is only available once, so you will end up with a truly unique piece.

About the pants themselves:
Jawoll Baby’s pants have a gender-neutral cut.
Since they sit a little looser on the bottom, they can be worn with all types of diapers.
Since wool felt is not very stretchy, an elastic band is hidden in the waistband.
You can adjust this at any time using a small hole and the practical button elastic.

Wool is a wonderful natural material: it regulates temperature, is breathable, dirt-repellent and odor-resistant. These are all properties that make wool an ideal material for baby and children's clothing.
However, breeding sheep for wool production is harmful to the climate and involves animal suffering.
A sustainable alternative is the use of existing resources: Jawoll Baby gives damaged wool sweaters a new life and makes the valuable resource wool usable again.

The orange thread from Jawoll Baby: Wool is biodegradable - polyester yarn is not. When the textile's usage cycle is over, you can see at a glance through the orange seams where you can separate the thread and wool and thus enable recycling. Only separated materials can be recycled in the household waste.
For any small holes that may appear during use, I will include a piece of the original fabric with your order. This way you can repair your favorite piece and use it for a long time.
